Hi!
How much music do you listen to throughout your day?
If you’re working from home, maybe it’s more than you’d hear in the office.
As much as I love to hit shuffle on my fave songs, I do know there’s good reason to be more intentional with my listening habits if I need it to help me get something done – plus there’s science to back it up.
WebMD says:’In the 1990s, a study showed that listening to classical music, specifically Mozart’s sonata for two pianos, improves spatial reasoning skills & test scores. Spatial reasoning is the ability to find & move in space, draw relationships between objects & problem solve. This improvement from classical music became known as the Mozart effect.’
I’ll admit that I’m not often in the mood for Mozart, but am loving scrolling through this list of the best motivational songs to start your day. There’s tunes from Rick Ross to New Kids on The Block.
I’ve also talked before about the benefits of binaural beats which I LOVE falling asleep to after a long, stressful day…
Any songs that you’d add to the list?
